挖掘机支重轮

支重轮是履带式工程机械底盘四轮一带中的一种,它的主要作用是支撑着挖掘机与推土机的重量,让履带沿着轮子前进。
 
 
主要结构:
轮体、支重轮轴、轴套、密封圈、端盖等相关部件构成。支重轮可分为单边支重轮与双边支重轮;挖掘机用支重轮与推土机用支重轮,挖掘机用支重轮一般是黑色油漆,推土机支重轮一般是黄色油漆
 
轮体材料:
支重轮轮体材料一般50Mn、40Mn2、等材料,主要工艺铸造或锻造,机械加工,然后进行热处理,轮子表面淬火后的硬度要达到HRC45~52,以增加轮子表面的耐磨性。支重轮轴的加工精度要求比较高,一般是需要数控机床进行加工才能达到要求。材料以40Mn2较多,加工后也要进行淬火热处理,硬度达到HRC42左右
 
 
 
 
 
 
出现问题
A、轮体磨损。出现这种情况的原因是采用的钢材不合格或者说材料热处理时的硬度较低,耐磨性不足;
 
B、漏油。支重轮轴通过轴套一直在旋转,轮体内要加油来润滑,但如果说密封圈不好的话,很容易产生漏油的现象,这样轴与轴套在无润滑的情况下,很容易磨损,造成产品无法进行使用。
 
漏油原因有分好几种:1浮动油封不合格 2.产品轴套圆形度不够 3.支轴光泽度不够 4.齿轮油不达标 5.加工尺寸公差问题等等 都会造成支重轮漏油的情况。
 
缺点分析
国内厂家生产的支重轮问题
 
1.钢材标号很多未达标,热处理工艺未能很好发挥。
 
2.市场恶性竞争,产品几个重要结构发生偷工减料 如轮体圆径减小、支轴变细、铜套长度缩短等等.
 
轮体圆径的减小 变成轮子线速度加快,轴套承受的摩擦越多。支轴变细道理也是一样,同样承受撞击的力度也会不够,照成轴变形或者断掉。 铜套起到摩擦作用,铜层必须经过滚扎后才不易脱落,正常得0.35mm以上铜层才达标,减少铜套长度支重轮的意义也就失去了作用,减少长度等同于减少受力面积。
 
所以解决产品这几样缺点,国内产品相对国外产品的优势是非常大的。

Wheel material:

Generally, it is necessary to use CNC machine tools for machining to meet the requirements.There are many materials with 40Mn2, and after processing, they need to undergo quenching and heat treatment, and their hardness reaches about HRC42

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a problem

A. wheel body wear.The reason for this situation is the use of unqualified steel or material heat treatment of low hardness, wear resistance;

 

B. oil leakage.The supporting wheel shaft is always rotating through the shaft sleeve, and the wheel body needs to be lubricated with oil. However, if the sealing ring is not good, oil leakage is likely to occur. In this way, the shaft and shaft sleeve are easily worn without lubrication, which makes the product unable to be used.

 

There are several reasons for oil leakage :1 floating oil seal unqualified 2. The product shaft sleeve roundness is not enough 3. Support shaft gloss is not enough 4.

 

Defect analysis

The problem of supporting wheel produced by domestic manufacturers

 

1. Many steel labels are not up to standard, and the heat treatment process is not well developed.

 

2. Due to the vicious competition in the market, corners are cut in several important structures of the product, such as the reduction of the round diameter of the wheel body, the thinning of the branch shaft, and the shortening of the length of the copper sleeve.

 

As the diameter of wheel body decreases, the linear speed of wheel increases, and the bearing sleeve bears more friction.It is the same with the thinning of the supporting shaft. The force of impact will be insufficient, and the shaft will be deformed or broken.The copper layer is not easy to fall off until it has been rolled. The copper layer above 0.35mm is normal before reaching the standard. The significance of reducing the length of the copper sleeve and supporting wheel is also lost.

 

Therefore, the advantages of domestic products over foreign products are very great.
